Increase of Capacity and Efficiency at the Production Line

Şener Mekanik continues to expand its machinery equipment in the new factory of an indoor area of 8,500 m2 located in Hadımköy, Istanbul. After the investment in 2019 for CNC Processing, Sanding, Stress Relief and Pipe Bending equipment in 2019, our machinery now includes 15 units of CNC Vertical Processing, 4 units of CNC Horizontal Processing, 6 units of CNC Turning, 23 units of Universal, 2 units of Robotic Welding, one of which has 9-axial positioner, 1 unit of Fiber Laser Sheet Metal Cutter, 2 units of Bending Machine, 2 units of Pipe Bending Machine, 1 unit of Stress Relieving Oven, and 1 unit of Sanding Oven. Şener Mekanik has now Capacity Occupancy Rate of more than 70% and thus intends to make new investments in order to become ready for serving new potential customers.
